Ingredients
4 Fresh Eggs, Whisked
Butter
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a medium pan up hot - but not too hot.
Step 2
Add butter.
Step 3
Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper until mostly combined. You want to see some separation between the whites and yellows and not a homogenous yellow mixture.
Step 4
Add egg mixture to hot, foaming butter allowing eggs to form up. Gently push the mixture around the pan in a figure 8 motion to fold the eggs.
Step 5
Remove from heat and enjoy immediately!
