RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
You may request a refund or replacement if you have received a wrong or defective product. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return, however it advised to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

 

No returns, refunds, or replacements will be issued if more than 30 days have passed since you've received your order. 


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us via email at theeggcentrickitchen@gmail.com and include a clear photo or video of the damage in your email. Please describe the issue in clearly and in detail. We will promptly acknowledge your request and determine the best course of action, which may include a full refund or a replacement item.

 

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:
If your complaint is determined to be eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 5 business days of notifying you.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for your purchase.  
If it is decided to replace the damaged item instead, replacements will be sent at the expense of The Eggcentric Kitchen.
